CBD Scandinavia accepts payment with debit and credit card, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB. Once the item is shipped, the total amount will be deducted you’re your account.
All prices are in DKK (Danish Krone) and VAT is included.
CBD Scandinavia uses an approved and secure payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. By that, we make sure that your details are all safe and secure.
CBD Scandinavia ships and delivers on all normal weekdays, and you can expect the delivery within 1-5 working days after placing an order.
Consumer protection legislation
A 2-year consumer protection legislation on every purchase in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The consumer protection legislation applies to defects in products and/or manufacturing.
The legislation however does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect operation of the product(s)/service(s).
Upon return, CBD Scandinavia will cover costs to a reasonable extent.

Packages sent on COD (cash on delivery) are not accepted.
If a refund has been agreed, please contact us via email or phone and provide us with your bank details. Afterwards, we will transfer the agreed amount.
Right of cancellation / Right of revocation / Right of return
There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased in our web shop as well as our physical stores.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the package, either via delivery or on in our store.
Any return costs are on your own expense.
Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 days. After the initial purchase and from the cancellation, you have to return the package(s) no later than 14 days. Therefore, it is important that you make the arrangements as quickly as possible.
The notice must be given on e-mail to email@example.com. In the notice, you have to state why you want to exercise your rights and of course provide information such as bank details, address etc.
The condition of the product/package when you send it back to us
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item. This is due to testing it other than what is necessary to determine the products features, functionalities and the way it works. Basically, it means that you can test the product as you would have in a physical store.
If the product(s) has been used and tested additionally, we consider it used. This means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only partially receive or none of the total amount back, depending on the commercial value.
In order to receive the entire amount back, you must do the same as you would do in a physical store. You may test the product, but not actually use the product(s).
